What we do

From plan to handover

The construction phase begins with the design documentation and concludes with the handover of a completed, operational plant. As main contractor, we coordinate the entire construction process: from site preparation through mechanical and technological installation, to trial operation and official handover.

As subcontractor, we maintain the same professional standard — we fit precisely into the overall project and collaborate seamlessly with both the main contractor and the client. In many cases we carry results responsibility as a technology-supplier subcontractor. All our construction work is accompanied by detailed quality assurance documentation.

Our approach

The designer who builds

Inwatech is both designer and builder — and this fundamentally shapes how we work. When we implement our own designs, the information loss and conflicts of interest between designer and contractor fall to zero: we know precisely why we designed something a certain way, and how it must be correctly realised.

Even when working from external plans, we bring a designer's perspective to the construction site. We recognise discrepancies, propose solutions, and actively contribute to ensuring the outcome meets the original objectives.

Construction is the most complex challenge in any project. Practice differs greatly from theory — plans provide the foundation, yet situations frequently arise that require flexible interpretation.
