ContiSeq™ Compact
A complete wastewater treatment solution built on ContiSeq™ technology — integrated into a standalone container up to 500 PE (population equivalent), supplemented with an external structure above that up to 2,000 PE. Thanks to its compact design and the prefabrication of mechanical content in the container, it can be rapidly deployed. Its footprint is modest — ideal for smaller settlements and temporary or even mobile applications anywhere in the world.

Full-scale performance in a compact size
In the 200–2,000 PE (up to 5,000 PE) range, it guarantees the same treatment quality as the larger ContiSeq™ systems — compact design does not mean a compromise in performance.

Minimal operational burden
The system operates fully automatically under remote supervision — the operator only needs to visit the site when the process control system signals a need for intervention.
As a result, the nearest water utility is in most cases willing to take over the operational burden from the client — one of our most important competitive advantages over other alternatives. This is a particularly relevant consideration for smaller settlements.

Resilient to load fluctuations
The system is built with two parallel biological reactor lines and features automatic emergency and wet-weather protocols. This guarantees that treatment quality remains stable even under fluctuating load conditions.

Standard design and product concept
ContiSeq™ Compact's standard design and product approach enables numerous design and manufacturing cost elements to be saved during the investment without having to forgo consideration of individual site requirements.

Rapid deployment, modular expandability
Mechanical equipment is installed in the process container under workshop conditions, so on-site work is minimal.
Plant capacity can be scaled up to 5,000 PE if needed.
Applications
When it is the right choice
ContiSeq™ Compact is primarily suited to smaller communities — villages, holiday resorts, farmstead clusters — where on-site construction is not economical or feasible.
It is also an excellent interim solution during the renovation or expansion of an existing plant, or in cases of seasonally increased loading. Its mobility makes it deployable in post-disaster recovery and urgent capacity top-up situations.
