Our role
As main contractor, we carried out the detailed design and the trial operation and took responsibility for achieving the reduction in odour impact.

The client was the Municipality of Érd. The plant is operated by ÉTV Kft..

What we did
The reconstruction added a sludge dewatering unit, covers over the treatment structures and an odour extraction and treatment system. The investment was financed by TESCO.
Outcome
Reducing the odour impact allowed the protective distance around the plant to be reduced.
